Big Bore 2015 .21 Marine engine Di Pino We are proud to release our new Marine .21 engine for 2015. We have chosen for a new type of crankcase with a 21 mm bore instead of 19,6 mm. This will not increase the inside of the engines. Its still a 3,5 cc engine. With the 21 mm bore we generate more case pressure which will increase the torque. The inside bore is still 16,28 which is .21 cubic inch. This 3,5 cc engine has more Newton / meter torque in the lower rpm range. In our opinion this will be revolutionary for the marine scene. The thickness of the liner has less wear than the 19,6 mm bore. its more convenient with water purposes because its hotter and thicker and it will keep its shape. These new type of big bores will be available within 2 weeks. We have 2 types of bigbores. The 1st one is the high rpm version with new type of conrod and high speed ceramic ball bearings. This version has the 05 crankshaft which opens at 35 degrees and closes at 245 degrees. The second type is the modified version, with the 07 Ibond coated crankshaft and DLC plated cover. This crank opens at 40 degrees and closes at 240 degrees. It makes the engine stronger at bottom power. Both engines have a new designed V2 burnroom, with different outer dimensions and head shims. This will increase the compression. Besides compression the torque on the head is more on the outside than with the 19,6 mm burnroom. The cilinder liner has the same timing as the 19,6 mm version. Its still the 7p with 2 by pass ports, one boost port and the multi exhaust system. Voor dit type hebben we gekozen voor een 21 mm boring carter ipv een 19,6 mm boring. Dit heeft niets met de inhoud te maken, het is nog steeds een 3,5 cc. Met de 21 mm boring genereren we meer carter druk waardoor de motor met dezelfde timing meer torque opbouwt. Naar onze mening is dit revolutionair voor de boot wereld. Door de dikkere cylinder zal deze minder vervorming en minder slijtage kennen. De Big bores zijn per direct beschikbaar. We hebben 2 versies. De eerste versie is de hoog toerental versie met de scherpe krukas. Deze krukas opent bij 35 graden en sluit bij 245 graden. De motor heeft een rond carter met ceramische lagers en een speciale drijfstang. De tweede versie is de modified versie. Deze heeft de bekende DLC krukas welke opent bij 40 graden en sluit bij 240 graden. Dit maakt de motor efficienter en sterker onderin. Beide motoren hebben een nieuwe verbrandingskamer V2 met gewijzigde buiten diameter en andere kopringen. Dit is allemaal aangepast door de 21 mm boring.
